The innovating chapter Rho Mu Nu of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where creativity and
friendship thrive was charted in 2018 to serve the western suburbs of metropolitan Detroit. Our charge consists of exhibiting leadership in our actions and showing the utmost respect for those we serve in the community. The chapter possesses exemplary men that uphold our four cardinal principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Rho Mu Nu Chapter – The Beginning According to Webster’s
Dictionary, history is defined as ‘the whole series of past events connected with someone or
something.’ And when an organization comes into fruition, it’s developed around the founding
date, vision, ongoing goals and development, programs, and subsequent expansion.
The need for expansion is the reason Rho Mu Nu chapter exists today. In October 2017, during
a State of Michigan Fraternal Caucus meeting, a discussion started .....
